Silica bricks are the key refractories for high temperature area of industrial kilns and furnaces including coke oven, hot blast stove, glass tank etc.
Our high quality silica bricks enjoy the main characteristic of high dense( good for thermal conductivity),high RUL and high tridymite content, lower true density, low expansion, low creep and low residual quartz, accurate size tolerance, purity colors and luster forming good appearance.

Dense：Apparent porosity：	17-21%
High RUL	T1，1670-1700℃
High tridymite content	about 75%
Low true density	2.33-2.3g/cm3
Low thermal expansion	＜1.25%（room-1000℃）
（0.2MPa ×1550℃×50h）Low creep	＜0.5%
Low residual quartz：	0-0.5%

2．Technical features

Crystal silica is used as starting material, composite mineralizer and nanometer materials are used, scientific sintering and controlling schedule are adopted.

3．With dense and smooth appearance, uniform corner and edge, pure color and luster and accurate size.

4．Products quality

Developed according to Japan national scientific research item,the high quality silica bricks for super coke oven （SCOPE 21 silica bricks）passed Technical Evaluation organized by Henan Provincial Science and Technology Fruit Committee on April 13th,2003 and won a provincial second-class award in 2004.
